    • Must be able to work with insects (Black Soldier Flies) at all life stages

    • Must possess strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

    • Able to correctly input lab data in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

    • Able to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

    • Able to pay close attention to detail and make precise measurements

    • Ensures all personal safety equipment is in good condition and maintains proper usage

    • Observes and adheres to all safety and security procedures

    • Maintains both clean and safe work environments, and ensures all work areas are clean each day

    • Able to responsibly mix chemicals for sanitation with the appropriate ratios

    • Must be self-motivated, flexible, and have a positive attitude

    • Able to work well in both a team-based environment as well as with limited supervision

    • Able to read and write English, with excellent communication (oral and written) skills

    • Able to communicate clearly and effectively

    • Be able to work well under pressure and with time constraints

    • Able to lift 35 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

    • Possesses strong multitasking and decision making skills

    • Must possess reliable transportation

    • Must arrive on time and prepared for daily job tasks

    • Must be able to perform other duties as assigned

    Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
